Negative Energy

Negative energy seems to multiply the more you are around it. When you find yourself around someone who is negative, it is time for you to pull yourself away from that situation. If at work and someone you cannot get away from, redirect your energy! Do not let negativity get a hold of you as it spreads like the plague! No matter how bad things may seem, there is always a positive lingering around. Some things go hand in hand. You cannot have day without night. And you cannot have bad without something good. Sometimes things are out of ones control, however negativity is something you CAN control yourself!
