October "Rants & Raves"
I cannot believe we are at the end of October. I feel like I have been in a whirlwind since
August. However, I am pleased, as I
have accomplished a lot in a very short time frame.
We have logged another investigation in Downtown Richmond,
for WRIC Channel 8. That story will air
sometime this week. For those out of
the area, I will see if I can find an online link to the story or get it up on
my website.
I do have a couple of more investigations to complete before
the year ends. Our next Ghost Hunting
101 presentation is Tuesday November 11th at Pamunkey Library in
Mechanicsville, Virginia at 6pm. If you
have never been, please come by. There
is a LOT of information packed into a 2-hour presentation.
It does appear that the call for Virginia this winter is
“Wet and white”. I hope to take some
time off from investigating the first of the year, to allow me to catch up on
some other things. The weather here
this month has been perfect, I have no complaints!
I am sooo looking forward to Halloween! It is a shame that it is not a weeklong
holiday! (There is nothing better than
dressing up and candy!) This year my
daughter and I will be taking Jaselyn for her first Halloween. She is dressing up as her all time
favorite….Spongebob.
I finally feel like I have made some head way in
accomplishing some things around my home.
Of course, there are still a few projects left, but the big ones are
done!
I have had a couple of emails this month regarding that I
was going to stop publishing the monthly horoscopes. I am not sure where these rumors get started, but it is just
that! I will continue to publish the
monthly horoscopes, both at Examiner and to my website.
Now that my schedule is dieing down with the paranormal for
the year, I may very well begin making some changes to my website. (There is a new store going up, and that
link will be added soon!)
Psychic readings are always first in my priorities. The best time to reach me remains between
1pm and 1am. I do get backed up on
emails from time to time, but for the most part you should not have more than a
24-hour wait.
I am in process of putting together the next Tarot Card
Workshop for the month of November.
This will go up on my website soon and generally fill up quickly!

September 2014 "Rants & Raves"
The end of September….where did the month go? It has been a busy month for me. The month has consisted of several psychicreadings, a paranormal investigation and redoing my office space.
I did appear at Shogun’s this month for psychic readings and
got to see many that I have not seen in awhile. (Upcoming I do plan to return to this location!)
I was able to wrap up an investigation on a private
residence today, and getting ready for another one. It appears that we may be offering a paranormal investigation to
the public in the month of October. I
hope to have more details on this soon!

For those with a paranormal interest, don’t forget Ghost Hunting 101 is
coming up in November in Mechanicsville, Virginia.
The month of October I am keeping with a “Normal” work
schedule. Though there are many events
in my local area, they will be worked into my readings schedule. (The best time to reach me for a psychicreading is between 1pm and 1am.)
As for the redoing of my office, this has been like
spring-cleaning in the fall!
Ultimately, I am super happy with how things are going and working at my
own pace. (The best part.) I am a bit surprised at what my office has
accumulated over the course of 8 years.
Mercury Retrograde is getting ready to hit us for the final
time in 2014. It begins on October 4th
and runs through October 25th.
Although I really don’t expect this to be a “Negative” retrograde, I do
find that it is one of the “Unexpected and/or surprises”. Either way, it is not the time frame to
begin new projects!
I finally took the time to close the pool yesterday. The sure sign that fall is here! Although it is cooler, I do enjoy just
looking at the water. With fall comes
the comfortable days, hoodies in the evenings, the changing of the leaves,
football and pumpkins! Not a bad thing!
The month of October will be spent on psychic readings
primarily. I am only taking on a couple
of paranormal investigations before the end of the year. I hope to finish most of my projects on the
house so I can spend the winter months on my writing project. By the way, the prediction for winter in
Virginia this year is “Wet and white”.
Congratulations to my cousin Ashley on her marriage to
Josh! Her wedding was just perfect! (Jaselyn had a great time and wore out both
of us!)
Jaselyn is now 10-months old, and will be walking soon! (How time flies!)

August 2014 "Rants & Raves"
The end of August, that is so hard to believe! The holidays will be here before you know
it! (I am still noticing a lot of signs of an early fall.)
This has been a busy month of trying to pull things together
for a schedule for the fall. I do have
another Tarot Card Workshop coming up in the month of September. (Date pending.) I will get information out on this as soon as I can.
I am very pleased to see “A Haunting” air this month on
Destination America. The episode
“Demons Revenge” was probably the best case that we had. (There is a blog posted on that case.) I was also shocked to see that Demon’s
Exorcist, from 4 years ago has aired on Destination America this month as
well. (Both of these families are doing
great now!)
I had put out a request on Facebook that I am looking for
someone local that I have read for that would not mind being filmed. I have filled that with a couple of back ups
and I appreciate all of you that responded!
I am getting several inquiries on Central Virginia PsychicDevelopment & Paranormal Research.
It is indeed my fault that we have not had a meeting recently. I am currently working on another project
that has prevented me from scheduling a date, due to having dates available for
this as well.
Tentatively the plan is to move forward with the Tarot
Workshop in September and a Reiki Workshop for certifications. The month of October by all means, will have
something to do with the paranormal.
And for those interested, the next public presentation of Ghost Hunting101, will be held in Mechanicsville in November.

This month, I have had numerous questions asked about
psychic readings as well as the paranormal, so I want to address them here.
Is there a waiting list for a paranormal investigation?
Yes, sometimes there is.
Extreme cases generally come first and I may have to move someone
back.
Do you only take cases that are considered to be demonic?
No. 90% of our
investigations are nothing more than to see if we can confirm paranormal
activity.
How much equipment do you take with you?
It depends on the case.
The majority of the time, most, if not all of the equipment does go out
with us. This includes a surveillance
system that runs 9 cameras.
Do you only take local cases?
Preferably, but other locations are considered.
When is the best time to catch you for a psychic reading?
Between the hours of 1pm to 1am.
Are your psychic readings cheaper in person?
No. Although special
rates are given for an hour session.
Do you run specials on your psychic readings?
Randomly. They are
posted on Twitter.
Can I split a session with a friend?
For 30 minutes or an hour, YES. For 15 minutes or an email/chat, NO.
Do you take walk-ins?
NO.

I have so many of you that inquire about Jaselyn and she has
just turned 9 months old. I took some
time off Monday to go with her and my daughter to the county fair and we ALL
had a blast! Currently I believe my
daughter is planning her first birthday party. Jaselyn also won her first pageant this month.

America will rerun that episode this Sunday night the 31st at
10pm. (I am more than pleased to see
that New Dominion Pictures did a great job on Tiffany’s story!)

From the actual case file of "A Hauntings" "Demon Revenge"
I am more than pleased with how “A Haunting” aired. Demonic haunts are few and far in
between. So I decided to take the time
to fill in the blanks on how we came to this conclusion.
When Tiffany first contacted me, she was scared, and so was
Georgia. There was a tremendous amount
of turmoil between her and Billy. She
explained to me in great detail the changes that she had seen in him since
moving in. She reached out to me at the
time her animals were dieing with no explanation. I can confirm that what you saw on television were just some of
her actual reports.
I took this case for two reasons. One, being there was a child that was scared. The second being that her animals were
dieing without an explanation.
Unfortunately, she called me when we were slammed, and I indeed had to
put her on a waiting list.
Tiffany contacted me daily.
In that time a lot of new reports came from her. Did I think she was crazy? Not crazy, but I thought she may be scared
that I would turn the case down because she was nearly two hours from me. As the days followed some of her reports I
began to question, as they resembled that of Amityville. Still I had agreed to take this case, and
kept my word.
The day finally came, that I rode to Franklin to meet her
and Billy and take a look at the location.
It was so perfect. A very large
farmhouse with two stairwells, a wrap around porch and a breezeway, 20 acres of
land and a barn. A postcard
setting. Inside the home was clean,
spacious and well decorated. Yet, it
did not have a “Warm” feeling to it. It
had the feeling of you were being watched.
The animals – In the barn she showed me Georgia’s
rabbit. (The largest rabbit I had ever
seen.) They also had an adorable puppy
named Rebel, as well as her horse. The
property allowed the horse to walk all the way to the porch on the house. Tiffany stated that the horse no longer
wanted anything to do with the barn and that was not normal. Within 72 hours of my visit, the rabbit was
found dead in the barn with no explanation.
The puppy Rebel, had run from the home down the driveway and was struck
by a car. (This home sets well off the
road, and had a very long driveway.)
This left her with only the horse.
Tiffany was beyond devastated when she called.
Billy – When coming back from the barn, we stopped to
chat with Billy and Tiffany introduced me.
He was onboard with the investigation and pretty much left it with “Get
me some answers.” He would be out of town for the actual investigation. How would I describe him? Gruff, comes to mind. At the time Tiffany had not reported to me
the changes in his eyes. Were his eyes
blue that day? Not that I recall. The day we sat in the conference room of New
Dominion Pictures his eyes were notably blue.
He was completely different.
Matter of fact, he did not even remember ever meeting me.
Face in the window – Tiffany did not review the
photos of the day they were moving in until later on. This is when she found that there was a face in the window. She provided me with the actual photo taken
that day. In checking the meta tag
information on that photo, we could see that the photo had not been tampered
with.
On the ride home, I new that this was an “Aggressive”
haunt. I needed all of my investigators
onboard and every piece of equipment we had to penetrate the entire
location. There was no doubt in my mind
that this location would produce, I just wasn’t sure “What” it would produce.
The history – One of my best friends, Linda Silk
lives in Sussex Virginia. She spent the
day with me at the courthouse pulling property deeds. We found how far the land went back to we could no longer read
the handwritten deeds. Interestingly
enough, we also found that somewhere on the land was an old family
cemetery. Tiffany and Billy were
renting this farmhouse. Tiffany spent
time at the public library researching what she could. She found the public record showing the
people that had moved in and out of the location, with most not staying 12
months. We collaborated on our findings
often.
The morning of the investigation my daughter (and co-founder
of CVAPI) was fine. As we began loading
equipment she got sick. She was sick
for the entire investigation staying seated in the living room near the
monitor. Tiffany called to report that
the heat had gone completely out.
(Billy’s out of town.) We would
move forward with the investigation by heating with the wood stove and a space
heater upstairs. Upon arrival, the
power is out on the barn. No logical
explanation, just no power.
During our setup, 4 of my investigators, including myself,
were unpacking equipment in the breezeway.
A strong cold breeze came into the room. As an investigator was speaking we were all speechless noticing
that we could see his breath when he spoke.
We were in the adjoining room of the woodstove registering at 65
degrees. A few minutes later in the
same room, an investigator notices that a cup she is drinking from is now
covered in condensation. (We
experimented with all of this at a later date and were unable to duplicate it.)
The door that opens on voice command – I myself, grew
up in a 200 year old farmhouse. They
have wood floors, creak, make noises and generally have wiring problems. One thing I wanted to investigate was
Tiffany’s claim that a large crawl space door under the second stairwell would
open when you asked it to. Stopping
everyone in their tracks….NO foot movement from ANYONE even in an adjoining
room. I stood 4 feet from that door and
asked it to open. It did, more than
once I might add.
Bathroom light – Tiffany reported that the bathroom
off the dining rooir that the light would come on. (Electricians had already been into this location, by the
way.) She described it as very quick,
like someone just flipped the switch.
Though we did not see it happen it was indeed caught on camera. (See video.)

Oozing “Gunk” from the walls – Yes, she actually
reported this. During the investigation
Tiffany came to get me and two other investigators to report the oozing gunk
had started on one of the walls. What
did this look like? Like Kayro syrup
with a yellowish brownish tint. Large
drips, not just in one spot but the entire wall beginning at the seam in the
ceiling. We checked the floor upstairs
and I sent one under the house. No
idea…. We went back to film it….GONE. As if it never happened and never
existed. On numerous occasions I have
wished to have a college science department onboard over this. Could we have placed it in a test tube? Would it have evaporated? Could science tell us what this was?
Random red lights – Two investigators in the front
foyer came to me in a panic that they had seen a red light from the back porch
shine through the back door. Also noted
that the person at the monitor saw this as well. I brushed this claim off.
There were two digital cameras on the premises that would cast off a red
light. Video later revealed that this
indeed happened more than once. It not
only occurred at the door, but in the dining room. (Near the bathroom.) It
occurs when we are running an audio session upstairs in the Master
Bedroom. Paranormal teams I cannot
begin to STRESS the IMPORTANCE of ADJOINING camera views. This was NOT a digital camera. Everyone is accounted for in the location
and what equipment is in their hands!
Digital recorder – The audio in the Master
Bedroom. An Olympus recorder states “Do
you know your dead?” Listen to it. (See video). This was my voice and a question that I asked earlier in the
evening in the barn. This actually
PLAYED to us through a recorder that was in record mode. (Another recorder beside it, captured
it.) We later confirmed from Olympus,
the manufacture of this recorder that it CANNOT happen…..but it did.
The heater – (See video) This also occurred in the
master bedroom when Tiffany states “I think its scared”. I cannot tell you the time we spent trying
to duplicate this. Cameras show no one
is near that heater in the room and no one is moving at the time the buzzer
goes off. We even swapped the heaters
out.
The smell – (They did a WONDERFUL job on that
reenactment!) Though Tiffany never
reported the smell coming from the dining room, this is where it occurred
during an audio session. It was strong,
pungent and nauseating. You certainly
did not have to ask, do you smell it?
Rotten meat or a dead body come to mind.
Joseph – EVP’s (Audio files) could never deny or
confirm the presence of Joseph. I can
state that the only audio captured on the entire investigation was during the
questioning of Joseph.
Tiffany being pushed down the stairs – The feeling of
aggression upstairs was very overwhelming.
A video clip of that stairwell shows an orb. What was first thought to be the pixilization of the camera
indeed does appear that something is moving down the stairs. I cannot confirm that this ever happened to
her. But in the hours we spent there,
none of us can deny it happened either.
Investigators – One of my investigators is a man of
science and a huge skeptic. He stated
that while in the master bedroom he felt as though someone poured a cold
pitcher of water down his shirt collar.
This puzzled him to say the least.
He put a lot of research into this instance and could not come up with
an explanation.
The barn – Several trips were made out to the barn
that evening. (There is no power and no
EMF’s are picked up.) 4 Voice recorders are placed on a workbench near the tool
shed. Digital cameras began to power
off. ALL of the voice recorders powered
off. Trying this again later in the
evening, we still had problems out there.
On our final trip to the barn, let me see if I can describe this. We felt SMALL…..as if what was in there was
larger than life itself. We felt threatened. We now know whatever is occurring in the
home is NOT the size of what is in that barn.
It had begun to rain, a slight mist.
The barn has a large entrance on the front and access to the horses
stall on the rear. We stood in the barn
with a fresh salt lick and fresh hay, the horse would not come in. (Actually the horse looked at us like we
were nuts. A horse well generally seek shelter if nothing else under a tree, he
walked off from us and headed to the pasture.)
Before exiting the barn we notice a white mist. (Common, it has begun to rain.) Not so common was watching it transform to
an extremely large black shadow. (See video.)
Notice the height of it? This
also could not be duplicated. We
returned to the house to find there are now camera problems in the dining
room.
Was there a portal in the barn? I have been asked this on numerous occasions. I cannot say. Demonologist seem to think so.
All I know is that as of today, I have never felt something that strong
before, nor do I want to.
Georgia – To this day, I am horrified to think of
what that child experienced in the barn.
Camera interference – All through the night. This is why I only use a wired system. (I never trust a wireless system). Cameras
and cords are matched to one another.
The interference is noted on several cameras throughout the night. That same system has been on countless
investigations with no problems.
The flame- (See video.) Again, this is the importance
of your ADJOINING camera views. This
occurs in the master bedroom, adjoining cameras show two investigators have
just left the room. What is it? To this day, I will listen to any
explanation ANYONE has to offer.
The bread – (See video.) This occurs in the kitchen early in the morning on our tear down. (Notice the power is now on.) That room has not had anyone in it in a
couple of hours. It is more than the
end is unraveling, it actually tilts off the table. It has not been touched in over 4 hours. There is a noticeable “swirl” beside it, you
can see it by the stove. That is only
on camera while this is occurring with the bread. Over the years, how many experiments have we done with a loaf of
bread? Too many to count.
The day following the investigation – One of my
investigators has 4 house cats. Two are
sick and taken to the vet, and one is put down. My daughter now feels fine and states she will not return
there. I feel exhausted, disoriented
and lethargic would be a good word.
(Enough that we mixed up some cell phones when I left.) Another investigator calls to say he is
sick. Hang up the phone, and yet
another one calls to say he is sick. My
skeptic, calls me with a severe migraine and is headed to a doctor. And, another one calls, she has two small
housedogs, one is sick and going to the vet and the other has run off. My Siberian husky, “Sasha” is taking six foot leaps trying to climb a
wall. We stop her from doing that and
she proceeds to try to dig up the bathtub.
Abnormal behavior to say the least.
At this point, we have not even reviewed anything from that evening.
Did I really say “Move out.” – I did. This is the first and only case I have ever
stated that to anyone.
NEW DOMINION PICTURES- I have to admit that when Erin
Hull, of New Dominion Pictures contacted me to see if I would participate in
this, I was not at ease. A past
production experience on another show, proved to me that things were twisted
with added hype for ratings. HATS OFF
TO YOU ERIN HULL! BRAVO, BRAVO for
keeping to Tiffany’s story and recognizing, that the case in itself was strong
enough without added “Fluff”. As far as
production, you did an excellent job on the reenactments, I was more than pleased.
Tiffany had stated in an interview, “I want people to know
that it is real and not always harmless.”
I stand behind that statement 100%.
By choice we release very little on demonic cases. We are seeing trends to them as in other
cases. However, the last thing I need
is everyone yelling, “It’s a demon” to get on TV. These cases are rare but they do happen. To the paranormal investigators that are
skeptical and think its all television, we thought the same thing at once
too. Educate yourself on these. If not, you are putting yourselves and
families in the line of fire.
Well there you have it.
An hour television show and one lengthy blog, and I still did not cover
everything. This is definitely a case
that left me with more questions than answers.
In case your wondering….other than the walk thru and the investigation I
have NEVER returned to that house. (The
house on television is not the actual house.)

July 2014 "Rants & Raves"
Funny how I got up this morning thinking I would go ahead
and write my blog, and here it is 10:30 at night. Another month has been flying by. However, Virginia weather has not been all that bad for the month
of July. Unfortunately, I am beginning
to see signs of an early fall.
We had family come in from Florida and stay with us this
month. Jaselyn was so good! (But she always is!) I also went to a brunch and saw some friends
that I had not been able to see in months.
It’s so good to reconnect! I hope
to end the summer with having a get together here. I am also VERY grateful for a friend showing up at 9:30pm last
night to cut our grass! (Yes, I broke
the lawn mower.) Even though it was cut
at night, I have to admit it looks better than me doing it in the daylight!
I have not had a vacation yet. I hope to sneak away for a couple of days in August, but we will
see how that goes. The month of August
is when I try to line up events for the fall.
In November, CVAPI will appear at Pamunkey Library in Mechanicsville VA
for Ghost Hunting 101, free to the public.
We also have several pending investigations coming up.
This Friday, August 1st, one of our best cases
will air on “A Haunting” on Destination America at 10PM. The episode is called “Demons Revenge” and I
am very excited to see it! (I do plan
to post more about that particular case at a later date.)
I can share with you a funny thing about filming. They picked me up at 6:30AM. Twenty minutes after leaving my home I was
asked, what was I wearing? (It was
February and I had on a coat.) Well, I
apparently had on the wrong color.
(Nope didn’t get the email on hair, makeup and wardrobe.) So they want me in a solid color coral
shirt. I don’t even OWN a coral
shirt! So, the next plan is to delay
filming, wait for the department stores to open and go shopping. I placed a call to my daughter who called me
back to say, “Good news, I have one solid color coral shirt”. “And better yet, IT”S CLEAN.” So thanks to my daughter filming went as
scheduled. It was probably sometime
around lunch time (Or when I actually woke up), that I asked, “Why a coral
shirt?” Because it works with my
complexion, hair, lighting, background, etc etc. And a free fashion tip on the color palette that works for
me. So what did I learn? I have been wearing the WRONG colors all of
my life! I have since tried to add
those colors to my wardrobe. (And I
still don’t own a coral shirt). But I
have to ask…..How many of you could pull out a solid color coral shirt from your
closet at 6:30AM?? ?
So for the month of July I have hit the cardio workouts
harder than normal. I must say a
pedometer is the best investment EVER!
It will certainly show you how much, or how little you actually move in
a day. Not to mention that I sleep much
better. (Which is always a problem for
me anyway.)
I have certified two in Reiki this month. The Rieki course remains on sale until the
end of July. On a suggestion from one
that is currently taking the course, I may very well set up a forum for Reiki
so you may interact with one another.
(YES, I do promise I will get to the blog on Reiki!)

The "Reality" of Reality TV
This is a topic that I have been meaning to discuss for a
while now and will probably publish this to both of my blogs. In filming three separate episodes for
different shows, there appears to be a lot that the general public is not aware
of. The next thing I want to discuss is
the “Bashers” of psychic television, paranormal television, and Reality TV in
general.
The first thing I want to start by saying, is what you see
on TV, actually took days to film. So
what you are actually viewing is the highlights of what was filmed. “Reality” TV, means that they are real
people, (or real families), they are not actresses or actors.
You will also hear people state that Reality TV is
scripted. Some of it is, but what does
that mean? Let me see if I can give you
an example. Lets say production has
asked me to meet up with these 3 people, at this restaurant, and
discuss this topic. That is
about as scripted as it gets.
Production will film it, and they will use what they see fit, no one is
reading from an actual script. Now,
also notice that the 3 people I am meeting were filmed coming in. That is because they were met up the road
and each has their mics (microphones) on.
Now speaking of microphones. Do you ever notice on shows were they “run into” someone? They have on microphones and yes, you can
tell. (Some shows do not.) I can tell you that you will not be filmed
for National Television and NOT sign a consent form to be on a show.
An exception to the rule of “Scripted” would be any show
filmed that use re-enactments. These
are actual people stating their stories, but actresses and actors do the
re-enactment part reading from an actual script that production has provided. It also may be a set and not the actual
location to which they are discussing.
Production companies like to use a neat trick called the
“Voice Overlay”. What does this
mean? Let me give you an example. Lets say, in watching a show, you heard me
say “this”. That was indeed my
voice you heard, but NOT in that particular conversation. This could have been filmed two days prior in a totally different
conversation. How can you tell? Because you won’t see me on TV saying
it. It will be my voice with another
scene.
After the episode has gone through several edits, who has
the final say? The Network. They are the final decision on what is
aired. What are they looking for? Ratings.
So why do people watch Reality TV? Because they LIKE it!
They like the people, the families, the subject matter, story line, or what they represent. It is known as “Entertainment”. Why do the “Bashers” watch it? Because they need a life. With all the causes that they could
represent to do some good in the world, this is what they have dedicated their
time to in hopes of recognition.
However, I am sure that the actual Networks are grateful for
them boosting their ratings. Any
Network can see the number of dedicated fans out weighs the “Haters” of the
show by far.
A little off the topic here, but I also know someone who has
their story done into a Lifetime Movie.
(Notice it says “BASED ON a true story.”)
In the last 3 months, several different individuals have
contacted me about people “Bashing” popular psychics on television as well as
paranormal shows. These “Bashers” are
nothing more than “Glorified Stalkers” that are seeking a following. Some have dedicated websites to support
their beliefs and some have fallen so far off their rockers that they have even
self publish books on different Reality series. These idiots have contacted me before as well as people I know.
This is when I hear the famous phrase of “I KNOW FOR A
FACT….” This is also followed by: (from
me)
“Do you know these people personally?” NO
“Have you ever met these people?” NO
“Where you there when it happened?” NO
“Where you there when it was filmed?” NO
“Did production acknowledge you or ask you to be on
TV?” NO
(hmmmmm…..all very interesting.)
Next will come, “I HAVE INTERVIEWED THEIR FAMILY AND
FRIENDS”. Really? Because you are unable to validate any of it
by stating it is “Confidential”. Well I
can tell you what IS indeed “Confidential”.
The contract between the person filming and the production company as to
what can be discussed. (One would not
think it would take a rocket scientist to figure that out.) So why do people with television appearances
refuse to answer to these people?
Because they don’t HAVE to and who are they anyway?
To anyone in the news field, that will actually give these
idiots the time of day, I would like to suggest that you fire your researcher,
because you have now tainted your own credibility. These people have dedicated their time and energy to “EXPOSE or
INVESTIGATE” one thing only and that is TELEVISION……Seriously? (Obviously their parents never taught them
not to believe everything they see on TV.)
To those that appear on these shows, my hats off to you for
taking the high road! You are doing
something right! (In all honesty, I
watch very little psychic and paranormal television, but do watch other reality
shows.)
To the “Bashers” if ANY of you EVER contact me again, I will
do nothing more than refer you right back to this blog. The very idea that you are “investigating or
exposing” something seen on television is ABSURD. The only thing you are doing is publicly stalking people. I would
also like to lend some advice to those that hate Reality TV……TURN THE
CHANNEL!!!

June 2014 "Rants & Raves"
Welcoming the month of June and the first day of summer hit
on the 21st. (My favorite
season of the year!) Today I am
celebrating 8 years on my website. It
is hard to believe that 8 years ago, it actually launched as a 3 to 5 page
site. So, for the remainder of the
month, one-hour phone readings for $98 and the Reiki course remains on sale,
with an additional discount to groups of 4 or more. (Email me, for an appointment for a one-hour reading.)
I can say that June has been a rather productive month as
far as me getting some things done that I had been putting off. My daughter and I have also really enjoyed
having Jaselyn outside and spending some pool time with her.
I do have an issue that I want to address this month. That pertains to the bashing of psychics and
the paranormal and a few other things on television. I have a LOT to say about this so I plan to do so on a separate
blog.
Live readings have been put on hold until I find another
local venue. As an alternative, you may
want to check into hosting a Psychic Party.
I have run into some problems with scheduling appointments
in advance. I am in Virginia and in
the Eastern Time Zone. Understandably,
a lot of you are in a different time zones.
Though I express this when setting the appointment, you can generally go
to “Google” to find the time zone
conversion. If you are having a problem
with this PLEASE just let me know.
I have a lot of writing to get done, and just waiting for
that notion to strike me. I actually
came across something I began a few years back that I was really impressed
with. The problem appears to be in
finding the time to do so.
I do get a lot of questions on Reiki and will see if I can
give you a brief summary of it. It
pertains to “Energy healing”. Learning
the “Chakras” (the energy fields), and
how to align them. It is also used for
the “Greater good”, meaning the intent is to heal or relieve pain in the areas
needed. Will it cure things? NO.
It is wonderful for pain management, or centering and grounding yourself. If you have any questions or anything you
would like to discuss, don’t hesitate to email me.
Mercury Retrograde ends on July 1st. I have several varying reports of some that
this retrograde has hit them hard, to some that say it has not been that
bad. Either way, you are coming up on
the end of it. The next Retrograde will
hit October 4th to October 25th. You can always find these dates on my
website under the Free Horoscopes, as well as the traits of the zodiac and
compatibility.
The month of July, it is all about new beginnings and
getting things done!

Love Life (Most popular) Separation or divorce, long term or
short terms, if someone is coming in their love life, are things ending,
infidelity, and just about anything pertaining to love.

Career – Have they chosen the right career, job changes, new
jobs, searching for a job, self-employed, problems at work, income, seminars
and conventions, and anything pertaining to their career.

Money - lack of,
investments and purchases, the sale of home or property, residential moves,
income potential, what the future holds, loans, those that have borrowed from
them, etc.

Family & Friends – relationship problems, trust issues,
when will they get together, vacations, etc.

Education – If they have chosen the right path, when they will
return, funding, college, etc.

Missing – persons, pets and items. (More on this below.)
That is not everything obviously, but that will give you a
general idea. My clients come from all
over and all walks of life.
With one of my television appearances being on the Animal
Planet, I really want to stress that I am NOT a “Pet Psychic”. NO ONE can read your pet better than
you. However, I am good at locating
them when missing and have done so many times for my friends and clients. In regards to “Missing persons”, I do NOT
get involved unless a family member or a detective directly contacts me. (I also do not charge for this.) And of course, I have a mouthful to say
about psychics that do jump in the middle of an open investigation.

May 2014 "Rants & Raves"
As we are coming out of Memorial Day, I thought this would
be a good time to update my blog. This
is not a day about a day off, picnics, the beach etc. But a day to remember those that lost their lives for our
freedom. (Also to support the families
of those that have lost their loved ones).
It seems I have accomplished a lot this month, though it
also flew by too quickly. Living in
Virginia, we are a state that gets to see all four seasons in their
entirety. Spring and summer are my
favorite seasons.
This year, I spent the month taking care of last year’s
problems in my backyard. We had a
Gazebo that I had spent the entire spring and summer trying to repair from
being damaged by the snow. IT IS
GONE! A new one has been
installed. Remnants of the old one are
now turning into a pergola. (A nice
surprise from something destroyed.)
Also we had struggled with our above ground pool for the last two
seasons after putting it on chlorine.
After a conversion process, it is no longer on chlorine and I am crossing
my fingers because it appears that, so far so good. I have one remaining section of the fence that is being replaced
this week, so I am ready for the summer to begin! My herb garden is coming along nicely as well. I am trying some new things this year, so I
will keep you posted on how that goes.
I have spent some time “Reflecting” this month. Mother’s Day was a lovely day this year and
I could not help but to remember my Mom.
Also her birthday is coming up (May 30th). It was also wonderful to see my daughter
celebrate her first Mother’s Day with Jaselyn.
Honestly in looking back over the last few years, I believe
I can finally say, “I am in a good spot!”
So much has occurred over the years, it is so nice to see things settle
down. For the first time in a long time
it feels that everything has a “Natural flow” to it. Does this mean that I am all caught up on my projects? NO, I don’t think that will ever happen. Just a timeframe that I really enjoy what I
do. I am also looking forward to a
couple of new things coming up.
One of my biggest concerns now is my Siberian Husky “Sasha”
as she ages. She will soon turn 14
years old and her hips are giving out on her.
Though she caught her second wind when Jaselyn was born, her age is
catching up with her.
I do want to talk about those that contact me for “Same day”
appointments. By all means, you may
continue to do so. However, I can only
seem to accommodate this 75% of the time.
A lot of this is due to the fact that I am working with varying time
zones. Also a lot of people set their
appointments a day or two in advance, therefore my day may already be booked
up. Either way, I do try to work you in
the same day if you request it. (And
yes, I had a couple of clients that threw a fit that I couldn’t get to them
right then.)
“Same day” appointments in person can be tricky. Local readings are done at a venue, so if I
have someone move the time or postpone then yes I can get you in. For those that are seeking a reading
locally, I can generally accommodate this on a couple of days notice. (There again, it depends on the venue that I
am using.)
Email readings remain the same; I can generally honor these
within a 24-hour turnaround. It is
rare, but every now and then I will get backed up on these. If that is the case, you will generally hear
from me.
I have had a few that have emailed me about my living
situation. It appears that several have
daughters that live at home that are now expecting. I have to admit when I got the news of my daughter’s pregnancy I
was a little overwhelmed on what all needed to be done in our home and with
thoughts of baby stuff everywhere. And
yes, there is baby stuff everywhere. What
you will find is once they are born; you would not have it any other way!
The first few weeks you can expect to help out around the
clock. Newborns never sleep when you
would like them to. (I am sure you
remember this.) Next, I don’t “Raise”
Jaselyn, and that is how these emails are being presented to me….How will you
raise a grandchild? I “Babysit”
Jaselyn. This means when her Mom gets
home I am HANDS OFF. Unless I want to
snatch her up to play, or watch her while her Mom showers, I do nothing. The other big thing….I don’t give unwanted
advice! I am fully confident in my daughter’s
parenting abilities, and she is truly an amazing Mother. I am on “Standby” for questions or if she
wants to talk. (I didn’t want someone
to tell me how to raise her, so I am sure she feels the same!) So remember that! Be there for them when they need you, other than that, it looks
like everything just feel into place.
No big secrets, just working together to get her on a schedule.
Just because they are under your roof does NOT mean you have
a child to raise. You become a Grandma,
and cherish every moment of it. I am
Jaselyn’s “Mimi” and love every minute of it. ( My husband and I actually lived
with my Grandmother when my daughter was born. ) Things will ALWAYS work out. I am very blessed to be able to run my
business, have a personal life, and both of them in my life as well.
In other news, my 800# on my website has changed! (Same company and same rate, just a new
number). A pain yes, but nothing that
could be prevented. As always, local

April 2014 "Rants & Raves"
This month has gone by super fast! Here it is the end of April and I feel as though we just had
Christmas. I am really happy to see
spring is here. Things are coming into
bloom and I have big plans for the backyard.
I am really pleased that I accomplished a lot in the month
of April. I have cleaned out some
clutter in my office, caught up on my paperwork, bought my accounting up to
date and have managed to keep all of my appointments. That is a good month!
I had a wonderful Easter with my daughter and Jaselyn. I also got to see some of our extended
family that I had not seen in years.
Jaselyn is growing like a weed and now has two bottom teeth. Time is flying!
I will return to downtown Richmond to Aqua on Tuesday May 6thand Tuesday May 20th. psychic
readings begin at 7pm. I will also be
available in the Chester area at least one Saturday in the month of May.
In regards to the “Free email follow up”, I am keeping this
in place. Please understand that
sometimes I get backed up on emails and it may take a day for me to
respond. In the event that you have not
received a response from me within 48 hours, please feel free to email me
again. I have a bad habit of reading
emails with intentions of responding and will run into an appointment and forget
about it. (I’m working on this!)
For those that have my number programmed into your phones,
please be advised that the 800# you call may change in the next 30 days. The extension will remain the same but the

on this as I get updates.) However, the
